Anamaria Aristizabal
Anamaria Aristizabal is a certified Integral Coach at New Ventures West and a curriculum adviser for Byron Fellows and Dalai Lama Fellows. She is also the co-founder of Aldeafeliz ecovillage near Bogota, where residents have been experimenting with a range of social and ecological practices. She is the chair of the Colombian chapter of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL), a member of the SoL Global board, and a founding member and executive board member of the Foundation for Peace and Reconciliation. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant for McKinsey, the World Bank, CAF-Development Bank of Latin America, and Colombian government agencies. She holds an MBA and a Masters in Environmental Management from Yale University and a BA in Biology from Mount Holyoke College.
