Andrew Wright is a Lecturer at Hult Business School, where he specializes in international political economy and development, and the founding editor of the journal Historical Materialism. His current research focuses on the relationship between war and the world market economy. He has taught at the School of African and Oriental Studies and Birkbeck College (University of London), the University of Notre Dame in London, and London Metropolitan University. He is the founding editor of the journal Historical Materialism. Wright holds an MSc in sociology from the LSE.
