Kim Scipes
Kim Scipes is a Professor of Sociology at Purdue University Northwest, who has been working to build global labor solidarity for more than thirty-five years. He is the author of KMU: Building Genuine Trade Unionism in the Philippines, 1980-1994 and AFL-CIO’s Secret War against Developing Country Workers: Solidarity or Sabotage?, and the editor of Building Global Labor Solidarity in a Time of Accelerating Globalization. He has published widely, and is a member of the National Writers Union, UAW #1982, AFL-CIO.
